Anita Ruff on Some Big Money for Oasis Free Clinics

Oasis is well known on the Midcoast for providing medical and dental care for people without insurance. But the agency has struggled to keep up with demand. Now it looks like it’s headed for an $833,000 federal grant. Oasis Executive Director Anita Ruff talked with Jim Bleikamp on the WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz.
