About This Project

Berry is the state’s leading critic of CMP–he’s pushing legislation to require the sale of its assets to the state which would then form a consumer-owned utility. His case may be bolstered by an incident in his own district, in which a 71-year-old woman living in a mobile home in Bowdoin saw her electricity suddenly cut off.

Electricity that she needs to power medical equipment that helps her deal with bronchitis.

Seth Berry appeared on today’s WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz–and you can still hear it here.
