Congressional Candidate Joe Baldacci on the WCME Midcoast Morning Buzz

The longtime Democratic state senator from Bangor enters the race for the Second District congressional seat being given up by Jared Golden, and sounds notably different from Golden in some rspects.

Baldacci tells WCME that “we have passed the point of constitutional crisis” under Donald Trump, saying the constitution and the rule of law are under attack, and saying we have to “fight back.”
