It occurs to me that there is enough drama in this year’s Cumberland County race for the job of district attorney, that there might be a movie some day.
The current district attorney, Jackie Sartoris, is seeking re-nomination in next week’s Democratic primary.
But she has some competition from a former prosecutor in the office, Valerie Adams, who was fired by Sartoris.
Meanwhile, former longtime Republican district attorney Stephanie Anderson is running as an independent, but also says if Adams wins the Democratic primary, she will drop out of the race and support her.
I have talked previously on The Buzz with Jackie Sartoris, and today it was Valerie Adams.
