Owen graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in biological engineering from the University of Maine and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. Owen co-founded MedRhythms, a pioneering medical device company that has raised $60 million in venture capital and transformed healthcare using sensors, music, and software to improve walking for those with neurologic injuries.

Now he wants to lead the state.
